We want you to be happy. We try, for everyone's sake, to prevent returns by including a thorough description of each item. However, we do understand that returns may still be necessary at times. Should you find yourself in a situation where you would like to make a return, please follow these steps below which ensure an easy process for everyone. No returns on Sale Items. Sale items are final sale.
- Products can be returned for a refund or merchandise credit only, for 30 days from the date of receipt.
- All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, TAGS ATTACHED and in the same condition in with the product arrived.
- Please print out & include this page with your return.

- We will contact you when your return is processed to confirm the transaction and to provide you with your store credit or refund.
- If you opt for store credit, we will add $3 bonus butterflymama bucks to your account.
- You must have an account to receive store credit.
- If returning an item from an order in which a promo code was used or that qualified for free shipping, the refund amount will be less the discount or shipping charge. If opting for store credit, the promo or shipping charges will be unaffected.
- Any package that is refused or returned to us will be treated as a return & we will issue store credit for the merchandise.
- Shipping is customer's cost & non-refundable. If exchanging & total is under $100, we will charge a flat $5 shipping charge. Over $100 , shipping will be free.
- If an item is returned that does not meet the above criteria, a refund will not be issued & we will donate the item to a local charity.
